The launch trap

Many creators publish an enormous amount in the first month, then burn out. The pace you announce should be the one you can still keep in month six, not the one fueled by opening-week enthusiasm.

Announce the pace you'll keep on a Tuesday in February, not the one from a launch-day Sunday.
